Description

While most commercial cameras use 5V outputs for signaling, some, including the Blackfly series of PTG cameras, use 3.3v outputs.

Most devices which respond to trigger events expect a 5V input. As a result, a level shifter is needed to condition the signal.

Our level shifter can be used with any 3V signal you may have, which needs to be amplified to 5V.

4 screw terminals are provided. If using the Point Grey / Flir Blackfly cable, the wire colors are labeled on board.

For generic inputs, a 3V input source + ground, and a 3V ttl input + ground, are available for attachment. The SMA connector is then connected to a 5V device for buffered output.
