Description
Protocol Emulation device capable of driving any hardware on conventional microscope software. Tested emulators by ARC exist for:
- Nikon NIS-E
- Olympus CellSense
- Leica LAS-X
- Zeiss ZEN
- Molecular Devices MetaMorph
- Micromanager
System can also control multiple connected devices simultaneously. Example of synchronous split control include:
- Use a single device driver to control positions on 3 different pieces of hardware (Dichroic wheel, emission filter wheel, laser combiner)
- Trigger multiple devices using 8 channel 5V TTL I/O, where TTL States = Device positions
- Record and log analog input data using up to 4x analog I/O connections (0-3.3v)
- Connect to and interface with system via Ethernet / telnet while emulating device (system monitor)
- Limit access to laser on/off function via input (laser safety interlock).
System can also be used to drive a microscope system as a standalone controller.
Inquire with ARC for more information on these and other control modes.
