Quick fixes
Still stuck? Book a support call, call +1 (530) 212-0015 or email info@advancedresearch-consulting.com with the serial number from the back panel. More answers are in the FAQ.
1.My Triggerscope voltage is not correct for the DAC outputs.
Please confirm the green 12V LED is illuminated (POWER), and unplug/reconnect the USB line on the Triggerscope. The 12V power must be enabled and on before USB is connected to realize full voltage range on the DAC outputs.
2.My Triggerscope is connected, but it isn’t behaving as expected or doesn’t seem to communicate.
We have numerous versions and types of firmware for the Triggerscope. Please get in touch with your serial # from the back panel and we can help get you going.
