All content on the Site belongs to Advanced Research Consulting. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to act fraudulently or send spam. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.
3.0Orders and Prices
Prices are in US dollars. We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but we may correct errors, and we may modify, reject or cancel an order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount. Quotes are budgetary until ARC confirms the final price in writing. Services are priced and paid for as agreed in writing for each project.
4.0Payment, Shipping and Taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe. Shipping charges and any sales tax are shown at checkout. You are responsible for any import duties outside the United States and for giving a complete, accurate delivery address.
5.0Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Advanced Research Consulting is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
6.0Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any part is found invalid, the rest still applies.
